The King Center Hosts Star-Studded

‘Be Love Day’ Celebration

[ATLANTA, GA] July 18, 2024 — The legendary King Center hosted its annual ‘Be Love Day’ Celebration. With hopes of igniting more love to be spread around the world.  During the day’s celebration, there was special screening of a new anti-bullying film entitled, The Principle. The Principle stars 4x Grammy Award-nominated country artist Mickey Guyton. She was in attendance along with the film’s director John Viscount and writer Gavin Behrman. The room was filled with attendees of all ages including children and adults with hopes at learning how to spread more love.

Immediately following the screening there was a panel discussion between Guyton and Dr. Bernice King moderated by actor/entrepreneur Malcolm-Jamal Warner. During their discussion the panelists shared stories of real life examples of their encounters with bullying. They discussed how it’s effected them and ways we can imrpove as a society.  After the panel, there was a special performance from Jade Novah and kid superstars Heiress Harris and Van Van.  There was also a special appearance from Harris’s mother Tameka “Tiny” Harris and the Mayor of the City of South Fulton, Mayor khalid.

Throughout the day there was riveting energy of love, inclusivity, and laughter. The energy could be felt by all in attendance and created wonderful memories.
