Celebrity Chef DARRYL TAYLOR Gives Hope To Victims of Renal Failure this Holiday Season!

Celebrity Chef, Darryl Taylor will be hosting his 6th Annual Toy Give-Away at The Commons on Sunday, December 18, 2022 from 1pm to 4pm through his 501(c)3, Overflow End-Stage Renal Foundation. This event is designed to help relieve the financial burdens of families dealing with renal challenges during the holidays by gifting the children with free toys.

As a recovering patient of dialysis and successful kidney transplant, this story strikes home with Taylor as a real need within the community. “As a small child, I was the benefactor of a similar effort to ensure my family was provided the same thoughtful act of kindness…” says Taylor when asked about his inspiration. “This is simply my way of continuing to pay the blessing forward each year, and give back the same care, compassion and love to those in need.” When reminiscing on his own personal story he says, “Having been on the inside of the dialysis centers myself, I saw the needs of so many patients first hand.
